We were first time buyers and hence clueless about the entire process. Mark has been exceptional throughout this journey from the very beginning all the way to completion. We were in a situation where we wanted the exchange as soon as possible and Mark went out of his way to facilitate the process including correspondence between the solicitors. 100% recommended!
