Choosing an estate agent is not usually an easy decision with many offering similar services, however when we met Mark he just stood out from the others we had met. Firstly he met us on a Sunday which was helpful so we could both meet him and ask questions. Not only did he explain the whole selling process in an easy manner he also advised he would be available to carry out viewings and book them 7 days a week. He gave us feedback after each viewing and kept us up to date regularly with future viewing and statistics on rightmove etc.After accepting the offer he then helped with communication between us and the solicitors on both sides which helped us achieve a completion within 3 months of accepting the offer. We could not recommend Mark enough as he literally did go above and beyond for us which was hugely appreciated.
