Mark showed us round a property and was absolutely wonderful. His knowledge of the property was excellent and he was able to answer all of our questions. When discussing the potential sale of our house, he talked us through the process, and what we could expect. Mark was very proactive throughout the selling process. He answered messages and arranged meetings early in the morning for me, and I know he contacted potential buyers at night when they were available. I met with a few agents beforehand, but Mark was the only one who filled me with confidence and respected my house. During the valuation, Mark gave me a book detailing how to present my house, which was super useful. He also gave me some advisories on what I should do, and provided some printouts of current and past listings to support his valuation. He took really nice and accurate photos of the house, made a virtual tour and a video of the house within days of me appointing him. Astonishingly, he sold my house within a month!
