Mark walked in the door and it felt like having a conversation with a normal human being; we knew straight away we wanted to sell our house through him, knowing he would show our viewers the same personable, calm and warm approach. He proved throughout the process of selling our house that we could trust him, and he had a keen eye for detail for the photos and staging of the rooms. Having had my house on the market for some time and trying two different agents I became very dispondent . Lack of viewings , lack of contact and lack of enthusiasm for selling my home. He was always on the other end of the phone. Never once could I ever get hold of him , weekends , evenings Mark was contactable and would reply to any messages left within the hour . His advice and support was second to none. The estate agents of my onward purchase commented on how refreshing Mark was to deal with , keeping everyone in the loop. And chasing solicitors daily when needed to! The day of the move Mark came to say goodbye a bunch of flowers , a goody pack and a lovely card wishing me well in my new home. This personal touch that Mark delivers is so unique and a quality that I’m confident in recommending him to anyone needing to sell their house .
