After an unsuccessful start on the market with another agent, we were recommended to speak with Mark. Mark met with us at a time that suited our schedule and took the time to explain how he works differently from other agents. It was clear he had done his homework… not just relying on facts and figures from databases, but really considering how best to market our property, highlight its features, and truly understand what made it special. One of the things that really sets Mark apart is that he handles everything himself. You’re not passed from one person to another, dealing with a receptionist one day and a contracted photographer the next. Mark works solo and is involved in every step of the process, which means everything is done with care and attention rather than rushed simply to tick boxes. It’s clearly in his best interests to make sure everything is done properly. Mark’s flexible working hours were extremely important to me. I work unsociable hours, and if we needed a question answered at 10pm, he was there with a speedy response. If a potential buyer got in touch outside of normal office hours with questions about our property or requests to view, he responded promptly…far better than waiting until Monday morning or 9am the next day (especially if you’re inpatient, like me!!) What really stood out to me was Mark’s attention to detail in his marketing strategy. It was by far the best we had come across: premium adverts, fantastic professional photographs, captivating property descriptions, a regular social media presence, and even a bespoke video filmed in our home. It went well above and beyond anything we had seen from other agents. Aside from all of this, Mark is simply a great person to work with, easy to get along with, with a good sense of humour, and even willing to help carry boxes…. After all, you don’t show up on moving day expecting to stand there empty-handed! HUGE thanks Mark - if ever we decide to do it all over again we’d choose you! ((But that’s not happening anytime soon!))
