Perfect knew what we wanted

Sept '21; Unfortunately the excellent service as described previously (and i am sure is still evident) has been overshadowed by the very disappointing 'check-out' experience. There is an awful lot one can say about this, but in short, be aware that when you end your agreement and check out, ensure you look into every single element of the property clean or you will be charged a disproportionate amount to rectify. Unfortunately, in the pandemic world we were unable to revisit after our cleaner visited and as such there was overlooked dust in the crease of a sofa, dust under a bed and on top of a cupboard, but what a simple 5 min hoover would fix a charge of £100 was made and even then evidence gathered showed they too missed the sofa crease! I don't doubt the service before and during our rental, but this left a particularly sour taste and when contested through the bond appeal process it was independently judged to have been too much and we got a proportionate refund. A lesson in diligence for future renters. "As a couple looking for our first rental property together we are truly grateful for the excellent service Mansons deliver. Whilst looking for a new place to rent, a property we had found suddenly fell through and with only 4 weeks until the current tenancy was up it was a mad rush but Mansons could not have been more helpful!
