We had originally found Masons whilst looking for properties on rightmove and applied for a property, they have been very professional, friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this agency to friends and family. We are currently living quite a distance from Newcastle and Masons have helped work around this with virtual/ video viewings and answering all questions we have asked.

As letting agents they have always been pro-active in finding tenants each year, timely in getting quotes/repairs carried out and efficient in keeping the required paperwork up-to-date.
