Know the local market and offer good advice.

Letting Agents often seem to be working more for the tenant than the owner and do little to help maintain economic rental levels in the face of competition. Not so with Northwood.. their advice is based on an excellent interpretation of local market forces and owners do well to listen to them. Doing so has seen very few voids during the 10+ years we have worked with them despite very adverse trends in this area of the Country. Their professional approach resulted in us choosing another branch of Northwood in the West Midlands for another rented property and we've not been disappointed.

Victoria throughout the whole sales process has been very helpful and is the only estate agent who showed a genuine interest in selling our property and whilst we did not get as much as I wanted she still helped to actually sell the property. However, towards the end of the process it felt like Wendy was acting on behalf of the purchaser and not ourselves chasing us up constantly to return information requested by buyers solicitor which we felt was not necessary to progress the sale and wanting to know when we would vacate the property.
