Renting in burnhopfield
We cannot thank both Julia and Wendy enough. Julia was fantastic at the views and made us both feel really at ease and had excellent local knowledge, a pleasure to deal with. She helped us through our application at the office very progressional while remaining personable. Wendy was professional and friendly throughout the check in process going through all the details and made things really easy. Would highly recommend.

friendly and efficient team !
What a great hassle free and efficient experience we had with Victoria, Wendy and team at Northwood. very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Sold our house very quickly , couldn't of asked for more !

Helpful and friendly staff

Sold STC in under 3 days!
Sold STC in under 3 days. How could I say anything else but Excellent! An estate agent with a fresh approach. I chose Noorthwood because of their enthusiasm and positive attitude. They proved to be knowledgeable and professional. Their policy of conducting first viewing obviously works well. I would have no hesitation in using their services again. Special thanks to Victoria and Richard for your kindness and dedication in selling my house so quickly.

A short and sweet 6 month tenancy!
I recently rented an apartment from Northwood Newcastle and had a great experience. As this was the first time I'd rented without a flatmate, I was particularly nervous, but Northwood were very reassuring and helpful throughout the entire tenancy. I've never had a letting agent so professional and honestly couldn't fault the service I received, and also the help when it came to checking out (and getting my deposit!). A big thank you from me, and I hope to have dealings with you again in future.
