Service excellence for over 10-years
Under the management of Hazel, I have let properties with Northwood and been very happy indeed. Recently been dealing with Victoria and Wendy who have been a an exceptional help with both the lettings and sales of the properties.

Inspections
Always very helpful and professional. Offers handy tips for issues for example; condensation and how to treat/avoid. Very flexible in arranging times and dates for inspection. Very approachable and good customer service. Always has a personal touch on outcomes of inspection for example; saying a hello to my puppy and daughter and wishing is well.

Letting and Management
I started using Northwood for letting my property a few years back but only asked them to manage it last year and I wish I had done it sooner! They took all the headache away from me from viewings to end of tenancies all the way to regular inspections and deposits. I don't really get involved at all. I haven't had any gaps in tenants and the rent is always in on time with an emailed invoice so perfect for me. I would highly recommend them and would praise the whole office for looking after me and my property. Thanks and keep up the good work

Excellent service received
Something that can be a stressful event selling a house was made extremely smooth and easy with the continual support of Victoria and Wendy. They were supportive and outstanding from beginning to end. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Best letting agents!
Brilliant team of people! The staff are excellent, patient and kind! I am always happy with Northwood! I will always refer my friends and family to NORTHWOOD if they ever were looking for a place as I am very sure they wouldn't be let down at all! Each individual in the office are so helpful and friendly!

Overall review
All the staff at Northwood are amazing, no problem is too big and go the extra mile to get things sorted. Michaela and Laura are who I deal with the most. Great staff

Excellent Service with Fantastic, Knowledgable Staff
This year, I both sold and then bought my new house through Northwood Newcastle. Wendy and Victoria managed to make what can be quite a daunting and stressful experience into an exciting and enjoyable one! They listened to all of my questions and concerns, continually worked to move the sale along quickly and always kept me up to date through emails and phone calls. I felt like a really important customer and Wendy and Victoria are great at getting to know you well and giving you a personalised service. If I sell again in the future, I will be going straight to Northwood Newcastle and asking for Wendy and Victoria's help! Thank you very much to you both.

They go above and beyond
I have viewed a couple of houses with the girls from Northwood and never felt like I was under any pressure, they walked me round the properties and then allowed me to have a time to think about the houses on my own! I felt absolutely no pressure to make an offer or to hurry up my viewing. If I had a house to sell I would without any doubt give them the job!

Maintenance issue
I had an ongoing problem with my heating and hot water, which was very frustrating, especially with the weather getting very cold. I had to have multiple contractors out to problem solve and sort the issue on numerous occasions across a number of weeks. Laura Cheetham of Northwood Tyneside was brilliant throughout...she was patient and listened when I was frustrated at the situation, she continually updated me via email and voicemail (even after office hours on a Saturday!), she was tireless in chasing up contractors and arranging visits, liaised efficiently with my landlord to get decisions made quickly, and overall was lovely to talk to through what turned out to be quite a complex issue. I work full-time in a demanding job and Laura ensured everyone worked round this for me. She was also very genuine and I trusted her to move the situation forward as she clearly wanted to help resolve the issue not just as quickly as possible but correctly to avoid future problems. An asset to your company I cannot thank her enough as I sit in my now warm and cosy flat with hot water aplenty.
