Great service, very professional

Northwood were great when we wanted to sell our property. They were very quick to get it on the market with some excellent photos to show off the property. Once on the market we had a number of viewings within a couple of weeks and an offer within 4 weeks. They were a really good help during the sale and were keep us informed at every stage. Would highly recommend their services.

Vicki is amazing at her job

We have just sold our house with Northwood. Vicki is very good at her job. She is very enthuastic and very attentive to detail. We have recommended them to a few friends as they have been very helpful and can't praise them enough. They have kept us up to date throughout the whole process and been by far the better lettings agent as we used two agents.

Northwood have just sold our flat and I have nothing but praise for them. They kept the whole sale process moving - chasing solicitors, people further down the chain etc and kept us informed every week on progress. This was very important to us as this was an investment property and we live out of the area so couldn't go to the property for any odd jobs. I'd highly recommend them.

Wendy and the team could not have done more to help us throughout our buying process. They always kept us up to date as soon as they heard anything and they were really quick to find out any questions and queries we had for the seller. Superb

From start to finish these guys have been nothing less than superb. Personally I find moving home quite a stressful experience with all sorts of bumps and turns on the way! From the get go the team we're attentive and informative with everything I needed. Can't really ask for much more but I feel they really did go the extra distance when taking us through the process making sure we fully understood everything in terms of the agreement, but also making sure this was comfortable for us. Every new home you will find will have teething problems or bits and bobs that need sorting. We first moved into our new home with northwoods a few months ago and the response has been amazing. There were a few things in the property that needed sorting and by no means a small or quick job. After speaking to the team they sorted things in a matter of days with no hassle required whatsoever. If your looking for a team that's upfront, responds quickly, is honest and looks to care for there tenants then I would highly recommend this agent. Quick Freindly Trustworthy
