I have rented a property managed by Northwood Tyneside on behalf on my landlord for almost 5 years now. The staff are all absolutely lovely and through the course of my quite long tenancy I have therefore had the pleasure of speaking to most of them. They are flexible in their contact, both using email and phone calls, as well as working round me to carry out any inspections/jobs, which suits me great as I have a demanding job. I rent an apartment in a gorgeous listed building, which is lovely but as it is quite old inevitably I have had a few maintenance issues over the years. Here I give particular praise to the wonderful Laura at Northwood who is always prompt in keeping in touch if I have an issue and tireless in communicating between myself, the landlord, the building management and contractors to get things sorted ASAP. I quite simply cannot thank her enough. I have rented with a few companies previously and had no where near the level of service I get from Northwood. Highly recommend, keep it up Northwood Tyneside :)

We have been renting with Northwood since February and recently had our first inspection with Julia. Julia was very friendly and was able to arrange a time convenient for us both taking in to considering working patterns. The process was quick and smooth and I would recommend Northwood to people looking to rent.

Amazing!

Trying to find a nice house to start of in and the staff at the estate agents were amazing, so helpful and kept us both informed the whole time. We have been in the property about a month and we’re loving it, thank you to the our estate agent Rebecca for sorting it all out for us!

We have received regular updates regarding the views for our property through rightmove, Vicky and the team have been able to handle all of our viewings, without our having to be in the property at the time. They took the time to understand everything they could about our property, the neighbourhood and our reasons for selling so they could provide the best service possible. The work Vicky and the team have done has meant that my partner and I are able to have our dream home. Should we ever decide to move, we will be contacting them again.

Northwood were extremely helpful.
