Mansons provide a Speedy, courteous and efficient service.

They responded to my initial request and come out the following day to a property I wished to rent. Mansons experience and understanding of the type of people who wold be attracted to the property, along with their extensive local knowledge, allowed them to quickly assess the the market and make a recommendation on the most appropriate rental to charge. They also went to lengths to explain the process involved and also the modifications that were required to make the property meet legal requirements. They even offered to provide costed contractors to carry out these modifications if required. All in all a thoroughly professional service; I cannot commend Mansons highly enough.

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Hi Roger, Thank you for your lovely review, its great to have such excellent feedback especially online. It is very much appreciated, Many thanks, The Mansons Team :-)

Faultless

I've had a couple rentals now with Manson’s in Jesmond. I have to say that both Nick and his wider team operate with the upmost integrity while simultaneously offering immaculate properties to market. It’s made our stay in the areas where we have rented extremely enjoyable. Quite honestly wouldn’t look anywhere further afield both in terms of quality of service and service affored than Masons and Nick – customers for life (as long as I’m renting)! Mark

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Mark thank you so much for your very kind words which I have already passed onto the team. Please let us know if there is anything we can ever do and if your passing the office call in for a coffee and a catch up. Nick

An excellent agency

I have been using Mansons Letting Agency for approximately ten years. The main service they have provided is finding tenants for me and I have been very pleased with this service. Nick always accompanies prospective tenants to the property, which is very good for the tenants and very reassuring for me. He is always very helpful in offering information both to me and the prospective tenants. The staff at Mansons Letting agency are really on the ball very efficient and extremely nice people to work with and I would recommend Mansons to anyone.

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Linda many thanks for taking the time to leave such positive and usfel feedback, which I have passed onto Gav, Elena and Dean. I'd like to say that it is an absolute pleasure working with you to find tenants for your properties and as always let myself or the team know if there is ever anything we can help with. Nick

Outstanding service

As a landlord I am always on the look out for a quality, reliable company to manage my portfolio. After a few years of receiving mediocre customer service from several leading names in Gosforth and Jesmond I came across Manson's. I haven't looked back, they go out of their way to make sure everyone involved is happy, including me!! Well done Nick & team.

Reply from Mansons Property Consultants : Alan we really appreciate your positive feedback which will be passed onto the Mansons team. Look forward to helping again in the future.
