Professional and Friendly

It's the first time for my wife and I in the UK, and Alexi from Mansons helped us a great deal - both with explaining the documents we needed to go through and with answering the many questions that we had. As a bonus, he is a very friendly and fun person to talk to! I also met with Jonathan, who showed me the property (which we ended up living in), and was very friendly and helpful.
