I chose this company based on a recommendation and was pleasantly surprised. They replaced my faith in lettings agents and the service was far better that I could have thought. I have since recommended friends who have all been very happy with the service and quality of the properties. Thank you Alexi and well done Mansons.”

We found a property that we really wanted to secure but someone else got there be we could we it. Alexi was very quick to respond to our enquiry and gave us every opportunity to view the property. We missed out this time but we were so impressed by the service we just had to leave a review. Thank you Mansons.

Outstanding!!
I wasn't impressed with the service I received from the other local agents in Jesmond as none of them seemed to care about my needs. I was recommend to Mansons by a friend of mine who has a property that Mansons manage. It was the best recommendation ever, I was treated like a mattered from the moment they answered the phone and all the way through to the moment I signed on the day I moved in. Alexi was my agent and he was very friendly and made me feel like we mattered. Jonathan showed us around and made us feel like we could trust Mansons. We are very happy. Thanks again Mansons Team

Professional and Friendly
It's the first time for my wife and I in the UK, and Alexi from Mansons helped us a great deal - both with explaining the documents we needed to go through and with answering the many questions that we had. As a bonus, he is a very friendly and fun person to talk to! I also met with Jonathan, who showed me the property (which we ended up living in), and was very friendly and helpful. In general, I was given the feeling that Mansons have a professional, trustworthy team, with excellent service and attitude towards their costumers.
