Mansons Property Consultants

Of all the estate agents that we dealt with whilst organising our move to Newcastle from Bristol, Mansons was by far the best. Alexi was extremely efficient with regard to organising property viewings and he did a great job of negotiating with our new landlord when we found a property that we liked. The only downside to our experience was the unavailability of electronic document signing software, which meant that we couldn't sign our new contract remotely from Bristol, and a few administrative errors that led to a little extra time being spent on the phone/in the office. Having said that, Mansons were very flexible and accommodating of our needs, and all mistakes were quickly corrected. We would definitely recommend Mansons to prospective renters.

Kirstey from Manson's was super helpful in preparing us for all steps of our tenancy. She helped us negotiate with the landlord, answered questions about our property, and helped us get moved in within 5 days! The staff here are all down to earth yet professional. I would recommend Manson's to anyone looking for a property in Newcastle!

Kirstey was very helpful during our process renting a new property. Will always use Mansons in future when looking for a new property.

From beginning to end a very effecient service was provided, enabling us to sell our home quickly. The level of communication from Deborah at all stages was particulary reassuring. This small company team are excellent.
