Excellent Service in a Challenging Time

I was moved out of my home, due to water damage, and needed temporary accomodation.. I found a property I was interested in, and made an enquiry online on Sat/Sun. I was called on Monday and a viewing was arranged that evening; to fit in with my work. Two other places didn’t even contact me after similar enquiries. Mansons made everything very simple. They communicated everything well, were extremely professional, whilst still being “human”. The property had been empty for a week or so, and the boiler had dropped its pressure. I tried with the help of “YouTube” to fix this to no avail. I reported it, and as soon as the office opened they confirmed someone would be out that day; they were and heating sorted.. My experience with many companies over the last few months has been challenging, and I wish more companies worked the way that Mansons do.
