Having decided to move and downsize from a 2 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom flat, I was extremely nervous about the issues that I may come across due to my lack of experience of buying and selling properties, but I am so glad that I chose Mansons as they took all of the stress away, Nick, Deborah and the team were very professional, reassuring and friendly throughout the sale of my property and aiding me to purchase a new home for my young daughter and myself, They kept me informed throughout the whole process and I felt that they were very approachable and knowledgeable. I dealt with Nick initially and then Elena. Both were very nice to deal with. It took a while to let the property but Elena was in constant contact all the while and we frequently discussed selling strategies, price points etc. When we did get a tenant she was very thorough and this made the process very easy at my end. Great choice to sell my Gosforth home

My experience buying with Mansons led me to choose them to sell our family home in Gosforth. The house was thoughtfully valued, beautifully photographed and was on the market for just four days before an excellent offer.
