Mansons Property Consultants

My experience with Mansons was refreshing! Past experiences with other estate agents have shown me how shoddy some people in the business can be. It is relieving to know that there are agencies like Mansons that care about their clients and go above and beyond to provide a fantastic service. Jonathan was approachable and honest when showing me around a variety of properties. Likewise, Alexi was professional, accommodating and very trustworthy throughout the entire process of renting the property. All of my questions were answered promptly and confidently. Thank you Mansons!

I found Manson’s to be very helpful and the customer service was excellent. It had been a while since I had rented a property but they happily answered my questions very quickly and took away a lot of the worry for me. I went to them after hearing good things and I would definitely recommend them too. Thanks to all the staff there!

Fab company ! Friendly, trustworthy and knowledgable staff. I'm a first time buyer and they not only answered any questions or queries I had, they were able to give me invaluable advise and help. Cant recommend them highly enough, they went above and beyond. Thanks for all your help Mansons!

So excited to move in our new place in Newcastle. Excellent support from the team at Mansons, specifically fantastic service from Kirsty. Thank you!

Very unusual to have no complaints about a property letting experience but Mansons have bucked the trend. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff who were always only an e-mail away with any of our queries. We would have a reply within 30mins with information about how they were going to fix the issue. All the affiliated maintenance teams were also friendly and very helpful. We were very fortunate to have stumbled across Manson, as students who are often taken for a ride by manipulative landlords. I stress to any prospective students to consider student rents through Mansons Big thanks to Debbie who was brilliant throughout

Mansons Letting Agents have been very friendly and thoroughly professional throughout my phase of looking out for a new rental property, viewings and further in negotiating the rent and move in period. Ms. Kirstey Waggit and her team have always made me feel safe in choosing the property and have advised/suggested me the best possible choices. Handover of the property was also done in the most professional manner and tenant friendly ways. Looking forward to have a long term relationship with Mansons. My sincere best wishes and loads of good luck to Mansons! :)

After looking online for a property, Kirstey found me exactly what I was looking for. From viewing the property to collection of keys the process was so easy. Big thanks

We received excellent service when renting with mansons. As we were new to the area, the agent showing us around the property was very informant and told us all the places to visit. All the staff were extremely friendly and the process in general was easy and quick to do. We are very happy tenants!

Amazing group of helpful and friendly people who helped us find a great house. Anything that was required was completed quickly and without any issues, and worked with us every step of the way to help settle into a new home.

We were in a property managed by Mansons for three years and in that time we always found everyone there to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. Any queries or requests we had were always dealt with speedily and without issue. Thank you very much!
