Rented a Jesmond student house with Mansons for my 4th year at uni…
The house was refurbished in the summer before moving in, and was modern and clean.
We had some maintenance issues at the start but it was very easy to report and they were dealt with in a timely manner.
I felt well looked after by Kirsty and the team and it was always easy to get hold of them over the phone when we needed.

This is the first time I have rented a property having recently sold my house. I found a property to rent through Mansons and their service was first class.
The landlord agreed my tenancy on Friday evening and I received the keys by the following Wednesday afternoon.
