I recently sold my flat at Mansons, with Deborah Thorpe. The service was fantastic. I believe the valuation and marketing was accurate and supported good offers within days of marketing. Deborah then continued to liaise appropriately between myself, the buyer and solicitors to keep the process moving, going beyond her obligations. Mansons sold my mother's house for me and my siblings. They were very clear at our first meeting about the process, fees, who would be our main point of contact (important to me to have one person) and what the challenges might be. The house sold extremely quickly and Deborah was clear and communicative during the viewings. When our mother died midway through the process, and everything held up by probate, Deborah was empathic and reassuring and offered options to ensure the sale proceeded smoothly. I would highly recommend this company for a house sale.

Update: I have moved on from this tenancy due to a job & location change, but the complete Mansons team has been absolutely amazing throughout over the years, Debbie & Daisy were absolutely brilliant, they were crystal clear about everything. I appointed Mansons to sell my property after several years of them managing it on my behalf. Their management service was second to none and extremely comprehensive from locating suitable tenants, dealing with any issues arising (including chasing Third Parties where appropriate) and all aspects of administration. When I decided to sell the property Mansons were the only firm I would consider. I was initially guided by Nick but then I was taken under the wing of Deborah. Although my sale took much longer than I had expected (due to procrastinating Third Parties), Deborah was proactive throughout and I am grateful for all of her help and assistance.
