Everything to do with the letting process was very clearly explained and I have been kept very well-informed of all developments etc. Tim has worked tirelessly to make the whole process both understandable and pain free and yet again new tenants have been found extremely quickly and efficiently. Avoid, sided with the landlord at every opportunity possible to try and extract as much money out of the tenant. Don't let the good reviews fool you, they are as mediocre as any other letting agent.

Poor experience over two encounters. Agent very unprofessional and unfriendly, felt like we were an inconvenient. Had to chase the branch multiple times for a decision on an offer. Will be avoiding Belvoir going forward.
