Certainly and trustfully I recommend Belvoir Newbury! Last Saturday I had a sudden bathroom drain blockage and panicked a bit as I was waiting guests later that evening. Even tho I called the agency out of hours, was answered quickly by Tracy Kalina and she send me a plumber within minutes. All job was done in less than an hour and the day was saved. I have rented in Newbury for over 10 years and during that time I have rented via a number of the local letting agents ; some big and some small. Without hesitation and in my honest experience, I can honestly say that Belvoir is top of the class. Very personal service. Tim and the team remember names and faces. You are always welcome to pop in to discuss issues. Emails answered. Phone calls answered. Any issues with your rented property promptly dealt with and the maintenance team are excellent and trust worthy. All personally vetted and you can let them use the agency keys to carry out work in your rented property when you are at work/out/away etc. No need to stay in. I would recommend anyone to use Belvoir as a letting agency or any landlord to pale a property with them.

Tracy and Julie have both been really good since taking over from Regent lettings. They've both been quick to reply to emails, reliable and helpful throughout with any of the defects we reported and also the checking out of the rented flat we had. I can’t thank Belvoir enough, we had a boiler malfunction on Tuesday during the snow, being heavily pregnant and having a poorly 5 year old at home Belvoir came to my rescue.
