I give 5 * for the following reasons. I found Julie very efficient in getting back to me with requests; even offered to go out of her way in order for me to view out of usual hours. I have dealt with many estate agents in Newbury with absolutely no luck, majority of properties offered did not suit my needs. So ongoing search for around a year. I found everyone from the team at Belvoir Newbury helpful and had a can do, want to attitude. Let has been agreed with no issues and help with referencing. Picked up keys and could not be happier. They even had a new fridge fitted without me even requesting, this was after I had already agreed. So above and beyond! I’m a more than happy and will update as the relationship between myself and Belvoir continues :D thank you all so much! 5****

Julie in lettings has been an absolute star, she has gone above and beyond her duties and has made our first ever rental experience as stress fee as possible. Belvoir Newbury have been a pleasure to view with. Being honest and not pushy and for once a lettings agent who do not treat tenants as invalids or were never stuck up nor rude towards any of our requests ! Tim and Julie were ever so helpful and professional and wanted the best for us as tenants. If I could rate them any higher I would. Belvoir have been extremely easy to communicate with when they took over the property that I had been renting for some time. They also made it very easy and stress free for me when it came to moving out and lining dates up to hand in my notice. Very friendly and efficient service, would definitely recommend them.

Belvoir Newbury took over managing the rental on the property we are currently renting and I have to say what a fantastic company they are. Julie in lettings is just brilliant, She has gone above and beyond to answer anything I have asked ( and I do ask a lot ) and has made my husband and I so relaxed and at ease. As a Landlord I received outstanding service from Tim and his team at Belvoir Newbury. They let my 3 properties within a week and fourth one has had multiple viewings waiting for right tenants. They are very professional and courteous and whats most important is that they are surrounded by other professional teams whether it's Pix for the properties or whether it's Inventory taking.
