Avoid, sided with the landlord at every opportunity possible to try and extract as much money out of the tenant. Don't let the good reviews fool you, they are as mediocre as any other letting agent.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It is absolutely true that we work for the landlord, and that when a tenant leaves a property damaged or dirty we will seek deductions from the deposit to put the landlord back in the same position they were in at the start of the tenancy, less fair wear & tear. The vast majority of our tenancies end without deductions from the deposit - as most tenants will leave a property clean and undamaged.
When we do have to make deductions at the end of a tenancy, the deduction will be for an appropriate proportion of the actual cost of works. We do not charge a mark-up or a booking fee to contractors.
