I give 5 * for the following reasons. I found Julie very efficient in getting back to me with requests; even offered to go out of her way in order for me to view out of usual hours. I have dealt with many estate agents in Newbury with absolutely no luck, majority of properties offered did not suit my needs. So ongoing search for around a year. I found everyone from the team at Belvoir Newbury helpful and had a can do, want to attitude. Let has been agreed with no issues and help with referencing. Picked up keys and could not be happier. They even had a new fridge fitted without me even requesting, this was after I had already agreed. So above and beyond!
