Belvoir have just completed the sale of a property in the Newbury area that has taken many months to finalize. The sitting tenants were unable to find a suitable property so this delayed the completion. Tim at Belvoir has been a great help in sorting this out, prior to the sale they handled the letting and have been great in all aspects of the procedures.
