Overall a very good experience as a tenant for the past 18 months, always very quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up. Also, given the way landlords have been painted in the media recently I found my experience to be the total opposite - I couldn't have asked for better landlords or estate agents to manage my tenancy, throughout, everything was fixed promptly with minimal hassle and also very reasonable with rent. No issues during check out, it was a quick and easy process, no hidden fees and again very reasonable with the final viewing report. Thank you!
