Very good service from Curchods - persevered to get the sale we wanted.
We were very happy with the service we received from Curchods, New Malden. Stuart was very good at communicating with us every step of the way. Our house was being sold at a difficult economic time but Curchods persevered and got us a sale price which we feared we wouldn't get at one point. They kept up a really good rate of viewings and were very professional and knowledgeable about how to find the right buyer for the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent

An excellent experience.
During a fairly stressful time, Lizzy was an incredible help in the process of selling our home. The important thing for us was that communication was of the highest standard, quick, efficient and polite. We really felt like our custom was valued and would recommend Lizzy to anyone selling their property. We also felt that Curchods had a better grasp of the market in our area compared to the other agents we spoke to.

Make Curchods your first choice to sell your property
From start to finish Curchods have been very friendly, courteous, provided a professional service and kept us informed along the way. The reason for choosing Curchods was because they took the trouble to keep in touch following a visit to provide a valuation for probate knowing the property was to sell at a future date. Never any pressure just offers to help with the sale when ready. Very happy to recommend Curchods.

SUPERB SERVICE
Stuart Baker and his team at the New Malden branch of Curchods provided an excellent service in the sale,of my home. They were professional, responsive, always available at the end of the phone line and I felt confident in their handling of my sale. Having marketed the property on my behalf, they soon found a suitable purchaser. Throughout the process, Stuart has maintained contact with me by regular phone calls - which is so reassuring and calming in what can be a stressful time. Excellent, professional service.
We have been delighted with the service we received at Curchods New Malden whilst selling our house. We had previously had a very negative experience with another group of estate agents whilst buying/selling. Therefore we were considering marketing our property ourselves this time, using an online service to avoid agent fees - I'm so glad we didn't go down that route! Our agent negotiated a better deal than we could of ourselves and assisted with many more unforeseen negotiations along the way to completion. Smoothing out issues as they arose. The initial valuation was very accurate and their service was friendly and professional at all times.
