Despite a very protracted exchange due to solicitor incompetence further down the line, Rupert went above and beyond on a daily basis to establish what was the delay and how to proceed. Extremely friendly and patient advice was given every time I called in. This was exceptional service as my agent wasn't actually Curchods! I was buying a house that they marketed but the customer care that i received was akin to having them as my own estate agent. Much obliged!
