UPDATE 2019-10-15: We’ve exchanged now but we find the Mortgage service actually not as great as my previous comment. Had a problem with their client portal, asked the guy, not having any response back yet, it’s been A WEEK now. We feel like being ignored after the deal is done. Curchods in New Malden helped me with the purchase of my property. They were incredibly helpful in getting updates from along my chain and ensured that my vendor stuck with me during a drawn out legal process. The also helped me sort some of the issues that came up with my survey. Most of all they were very flexible with viewing the house and they didn’t mind at all when I had various appointments with tradespeople at the property.
