Chris and the team at Curchods in New Malden recently sold our house for us, in what can only be described as a tough market. They worked incredibly hard in marketing the property and generating interest (30+ viewings) - guiding us on presentation, listing price, pricing strategy etc. Their professionalism and hunger to get us the result we needed was most endearing. I need to name check Victoria and Will here - the honesty and regularity of communications was highly valued by us. We accepted a good offer, and Chris advised us to think about the economics of the chain, which helped us with pricing the offer we made on the house we moved to. From accepting the buyer's offer through to completion I have to thank Laura on behalf of us both, she was fantastic - again it was the communications and relentless pursuit of all parties to get the deal done, but with professionalism and empathy, that made the difference.
