Selling my house with curchods they went that step further even going to read the gas meters for me
I suggest if you are selling or buying a house then see townley or Amanda at curchods in new haw are house was with another agent for six months with no sale we moved to curchods they sold it in a week they did all the chasing on solicitors kept a eye on the house kept me updated all the time even went and read the gas and electric meters for me nothing was to much trouble for them they are a amazing team I would highly recommend them

Friendly, honest, very helpful,
I liked to say townley, Declan and Amanda have been great, very helpful with the whole process and honesty which for us is key. There are lots of estate agents around but for us curchods are the best in Surrey without a doubt. So a huge thank you to you all Many thanks Pas torzillo and family

A very professional, and highly competent service
Townley the Manager and his team were very knowledgeable of the sales process and accompanied all viewings (many) and reported on all outcomes. They have expansive knowledge of the housing market in their operating area. The time line from accepted offer to exchange and completion has been fully communicated between all parties and hitches along the way have been handled professionally And they are a happy friendly bunch of people!!

Fantastic service from the first viewing to completion.
As a first time buyer I could not have picked a better Estate Agent than Curchods New Haw. From the very first viewing the staff were friendly, supportive and courteous. Once my offer had been accepted I received regular updates from the team and any queries I had were responded to promptly. It has been a pleasure to work with Nicole, Townley and Amanda during the purchase of my property and I would highly recommend them. Many thanks to you all.

Always efficient
I think the fact that the branch is quite small, adds to there being a personal and no-stress atmosphere. Everyone was really kind and helpful whenever I phoned or called into the branch. If I ever moved again I would definitely use Curchods.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. We dealt with Nicole, who was a pleasure to work with, always kept in touch and was calm and logical and very friendly - very good and trusted estate agent and would work with her and Curchods again
