Townley and the team worked tirelessly to get my property sold: their knowledge of the local market and their approach to both me and potential buyers instilled confidence from the very first interaction. As I was working abroad during the transaction having a team I had confidence in was super important. Thanks to all involved with my sale.

I can't recommend Graham at Curchods enough. We haven't had the best experience with Estate Agents in the past and I am so relieved we found someone who we could trust! Graham was honest and upfront with us which was so appreciated and he kept us informed every step of the way! Thank you Graham!

Hayley, Townley, Graham and the team did a fantastic job in pricing, marketing, and successfully and quickly selling our house. They are big enough to have a good reach of potential buyers but small enough that you get the personal service. Communication was exceptional, a real stand out compared to other agents I have dealt with over the years. Their proactivity to push things along with solicitors, agents and buyers/sellers, even for those quite far away from us in the chain, also stood out - they clearly really cared about doing a great job. Thank you!

Top experience with Hayley out of Curchods' New Haw office. Found us the right place and guided us through the process expertly and was always available for questions (and even some recommendations that came good). Cannot recommend too highly for anyone looking in the area.

I couldn’t recommend Curchods enough. The whole office were brilliant in keeping us informed throughout the process of selling our home. Hayley in particular was diligent and provided regular updates which made us feel more at ease through what could have been a very stressful process.

By far the best estate agents I've ever worked with. Have bought and sold 2 houses with them now and their level of service is above and beyond. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. If you live in the area, don't look elsewhere

From start to finish we were very pleased with how Curchods handled selling my brothers flat, a special thanks to Hayley for continually pushing things through when needed and keeping us informed at every stage. I am so glad we used Curchods they made everything seem so easy, if we move we will be using them again no hesitation.

The whole team are a pleasure to work with. Professional, friendly and brilliant communication throughout our entire journey of purchasing and selling with them. Graham, Townley, Hayley and co were amazing.

Really can recommend Curchods in New Haw. Graham was outstanding all through the journey selling our property. Townley and the ladies in the office were great also. All were professional with a friendly touch. 5 star experience.

Curchods New Haw have just sold our house and they were amazing! Graham kept in contact regularly and kept us well informed. We can’t recommend the team more highly. Thanks Graham and Townley for your expertise and professionalism
