The folks at the New Haw branch of Curchods have been absolute godsend. Particular shout-out to Townley, who has saved my sanity on multiple occasions. I bought my house through Curchods in 2017, and Townley was a huge support during what was a stressful move. The team was knowledgeable and helpful (in a way that other local agents really hadn't been). Seven years later, when it was time to sell my house and move on, I went back to Curchods without a second thought. Again the whole team was wonderful, they listened and advised, and Graham found a great buyer very quickly who could move on the timescales I needed. Townley, again, has gone above and beyond - not only reassuring on my sale, but also being a font of wisdom when I've been tearing my hair out over my onward purchase (which unfortunately is NOT through Curchods!) I'd 100% recommend Curchods, and particularly this branch. They've made what can often be a stressful process very smooth, and their communication and support has been 5*. Graham, and the team at Curchods New Haw provided excellent service through our house sale with them. I chose Curchods for a few main reasons vs the other agents that valued our property. One being that Graham has sold two homes for my family in the past and we were happy with him then. Reason two was when Townley conducted the valuation unlike the other agents that just wanted my business he told me what he would need us to do to the property if he was to market it which I appreciated the honesty with. The other reason was that according to get agent Curchods perform best in the area. Such a wonderful professional office with great staff. Hayley was the one who dealt with the sale of my house and she went above and beyond. Hayley would call me most weeks with an update on how things are moving and if there was any delay or questions she was right on it, which is exactly what you need when moving! Townley was also extremely helpful explaining to me the process and was always at the end of the phone if Hayley was unavailable.
