Graham, and the team at Curchods New Haw provided excellent service through our house sale with them. I chose Curchods for a few main reasons vs the other agents that valued our property. One being that Graham has sold two homes for my family in the past and we were happy with him then. Reason two was when Townley conducted the valuation unlike the other agents that just wanted my business he told me what he would need us to do to the property if he was to market it which I appreciated the honesty with. The other reason was that according to get agent Curchods perform best in the area.
