Posted on behalf of Hannah Pearce. Where do I start, Stephanie went above and beyond on the sale of my property. It was a very difficult chain and took much longer than it should have due to solicitors. I can say that the completion of the property would never have happened without her. She spent months in daily contact with myself, solicitors and the other estate agents in the chain. Stephanie I can never thank you enough for what you have done for me and my family, we will be forever grateful. If you are looking for an estate agent who will offer a very personal, efficient, professional and proactive experience, then Stephanie and her team are the ones for the job!

We are currently in the process of selling our late brother's property. We chose Dawsons Morriston as this was the Estate Agent that my brother had purchased the property through. We are pleased that we are with Dawsons Morriston as they have dealt sympathetically with our family sadness in selling our brothers home at this time. Fantastic experience of selling a house through Andrea at Dawsons Morriston, quick to find a buyer through their contacts, efficient at showing the house, and I was impressed at how they kept me up to date with every step of the process. They were also very easy to get hold of through phoning the office or replying through email. Would recommend.

Well what can I say I've been looking for a house for nearly 2 years I've gone through loads of different estate agents but I can tell you one thing no one compares to Dawsons. I've always appreciated the company even before ever thinking of buying a house. I just like the logo and design that they went with in the colour scheme and branding, I'm into that. I'm quite an eccentric person as people keep telling me and the team at Dawsons know how to match plus one they loved keeping the energy going always looking at the positive side and keeping me informed constantly there was not one time where I called and wasn't met with a pleasant response or fond farewell. Dawsons handled the whole sale from start to finish impeccably and professionally. Stephanie Vellacott the branch manager clearly knows the value of a good happy working team and environment. 10/10 could not be more satisfied if I tried.
