Sold our home via Dawsons this month (feb24). Met a few agents before picking Dawsons and I am happy I did decide to go with them. Andrea has been my main point of contact and has been a great help and font of knowledge on this area. Spoke to various team members in the office and all were polite, friendly and helpful. Always prompt with communication. Selling a home is stressful but thankfully the agent really helped. Achieved a quick sale and we are very happy. As an aside the photos from a Dawsons photographer in my view do a better job of showcasing the home than some other agents. Have a look and compare would be my advice. I went to Dawsons after being let down by another high street estate agent, though the sale has not been completed yet i can't fault the service thus far, i have mainly dealt with Andrea Devoy, who is open honest and approachable. The whole team seem very good at their jobs they have kept me updated throughout and are always available to answer questions.
