Recently bought a house through Dawsons in Morriston. The service from all staff was exellent from veiwings to completion. Stephanie the branch manager was highly proffessional throughout keeping me informed at every stage. The sale was protracted due to unforseen circumstances but was directed to the appropriate structural surveyors and helped get quotes from appropriate trades. Stephanie liased with both vendors and myself and kept me informed throughout taking some of the stress out of the process. Overall very happy with service received and would recommend.

Everything was organised quickly and effectively and the sale was handled very smoothly. The team were great and answering any questions we had and making sure they used all avenues of communication when they needed info from us.

The whole team at dawsons have been fantastic through the process of selling our house especially the branch manager stephanie, always been very helpful and professional and kept us updated throughout the sale. Would highly recommend using this service!

VERY HAPPY I was assigned Amanda Bamford and could not be happier with her efforts. Fantastic service! Initially I had my reservations about using Dawsons, but these preconceptions were quickly addressed and I cannot express how pleased I am at how both Stephanie and her team had been through the whole process. They were very professional and attentive, I received regular updates, even when there was no update to give, this in itself put my mind at rest knowing that they had my best interests at heart. I will definitely consider using them again when it comes to buying my next property, thank you!
