We rented the property for three years, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. Lilian handled all the paperwork efficiently and provided us with the keys within just 10 days, which was amazing. During our time renting, whenever we reported either a minor or major issue, a contractor was usually arranged within 48 hours. The response was always very quick, and the management team was professional and reliable. When we moved out, Zain was extremely professional and patient with us. He completed the final inspection within 48 hours after we left, and we received our deposit back within one week. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience, and we really appreciated the excellent service throughout our tenancy. I have to admit, we hadn't heard of EweMove before we attended a viewing for a property they were the assigned agent for, but have to say the experience from arranging, attending and follow-up after the viewing has been extremely positive. We have viewed numerous properties with multiple Estate Agents over the past month, but EweMove, and particularly Al Delgado, has been the best experience of these.
