We recently sold our property through Mannings, also purchasing our new property through them as well at the same time, and have been very pleased with the level of service provided from start to finish. By far the best estate agents I've dealt with in all of my renting experiences. Melissa was my property manager throughout my tenancy and she was amazing. She was always happy to answer any queries I had and always responded promptly to maintenance issues, which were always dealt with very quickly. There was an instance with an unreliable contractor but Melissa arranged for someone else to do the job instead and everything was resolved very quickly from there. I would highly recommend renting a flat through Manning. Even after giving notice to end my tenancy, Melissa sent me a check-out form with a moving checklist that was incredibly useful, making my moving experience that much easier. I was pleasantly surprised by that. I had such a positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to use Manning Stainton again if I moved back to Leeds. 😊
