We recently sold our property through Mannings, also purchasing our new property through them as well at the same time, and have been very pleased with the level of service provided from start to finish. I’ve always been kept updated regularly and the team couldn’t have done more to make sure the sale and purchase both completed as soon as possible, doing it all in a friendly and proactive way and being quick to reply and complete any actions they needed to do. The last few weeks were particularly stressful due to some complications which arise further up the chain at the last minute so would like to say a big thank you to everyone for their help, in particular James and Owen who have been fantastic and a real credit to the company, chasing up solicitors and helping to coordinate things up and down the chain. I would definitely use Mannings again in the future if we move house and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property (or to buy a property listed with them).
