The response was always very quick, and the management team was professional and reliable. When we moved out, Zain was extremely professional and patient with us. He completed the final inspection within 48 hours after we left, and we received our deposit back within one week. Overall, it was a truly amazing experience, and we really appreciated the excellent service throughout our tenancy. We are now with a different agency; no communication, no follow up, nothing being fixed for 6 weeks now! That is why I decided to leave a good and honest review for Manning Stainton.
