Manning Stainton - Moortown Lettings

Excellent service from start to finish. Communicated well throughout selling process, and provided designated Staff dealing with each stage, who provided advice, and dealt with Purchaser directly once sale agreed. Property was marketed extensively very quickly, and viewings were managed on our behalf. Feedback provided after each viewing.

Teddy and the Morley team are wonderful. They are efficient in responding to property issues reported and tenancy renewal. I am happy with their service delivery.

We are Really pleased with how Louis cragg on behalf of Manning Stainton has assisted with managing our property over the last two years. We receive prompt updates about our position as landlord, clear communication and we are very happy with the company and their management of our rental property.

I’d like to express our thanks to John and Tom for all their help in getting our flat let out. They quickly got tradesmen in to do painting, carpet fitting and some electrical and plumbing repairs, ready for a new tenant. The whole process has been very speedy, Tom in particular has always been good at keeping us informed of the progress with the tenancy.

Quite a few years of helpful and supportive management of the house we let. They looked after everything for us. Louis also very helpful during the time when we were selling the property. Thanks Manning Stainton.

Going through a purchase with these as we speak up to now I have no complaints they have kept us informed 👍 …

Very fast, efficient and professional letting agents - our agent Paulina was always friendly, helpful, and available to answer questions. Would recommend moving with Manning Stainton.
