We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Throughout our purchase, the team was consistently transparent, clear, and proactive in their communication, which made a real difference in what can often be a stressful process. They took regular follow-ups with both our solicitors and the sellers, keeping the chain moving and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. Any time we had a question, we got a clear and honest answer — no vague responses or being left in the dark. Their active involvement in chasing progress on both sides genuinely helped keep things on track, and we always felt informed about where things stood. Would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Adam Kemp is a wonderful person to work with. As a tenant and he has been so helpful and nothing but a pleasure to rent through. I’m so grateful Adam was in charge of our property as he made everything so easy. Thanks again Adam, we can’t fault your customer service

l would highly recommend Karl Tatler estate agents. We mainly dealt with Natalie on the sale of our property and found she went above and beyond what would be expected of her. Nothing was a challenge that couldnt be overcome for her. l was very impressed with the standard of service within this agency. lf another member of staff had to do something for us when Natalie was not in work everyone of them knew details of our sale and how far along we were with the conveyancing of the property we were to move into. Overall we cannot praise the staff enough at Karl Tatler, Moreton Branch. Suzanne and Gary Satisfied customers.

They were so accommodating, they went out of their way to help me. Fantastic people.

Currently in the process of selling a property with Karl Tattler in Moreton and we cannot fault the service we have received to date. From the initial contact with Max who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to Natalie who has effortlessly guided us through the sale process and and kept us informed on a regular basis. We would certainly recommend the team.

I went to Karl Tatler when I recently sold my property. They were friendly and extremely professional from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I strongly recommend.

Been a great help, Lucy has gone out of her way many times for myself and my Dad (who I am helping sell his house) we had many viewings very quickly and had sale agreed in a very short time. Will 100 percent use again, Kate.

I spoke with Lucy from the Moreton Branch and mentioned I was thinking of moving in the near future - she was so helpful and positive and arranged for me to have my house valued - Everyone who I talked to throughout the process were engaging and kind and made me feel they would do justice to my home - would really recommend anyone to give the staff the opportunity to help them - think it would be a positive outcome.
