We are tenants through Manning Stainton and have had the fantastic help of Katie as our property manager. We were having problems with damp and mould so Katie arranged for a damp inspection which lead to damp-proofing work, re plastering, redecorating the whole room and a brand new wardrobe (of our choice!). Big thank you to Katie and our landlord for getting all of these improvements done.

From the moment we reported the issue, he took charge, ensuring that everything was handled as quickly and smoothly as possible. He coordinated electricians, carpet installers, and other professionals to get our home back to normal in record time.
