Manning Stainton - Moortown Lettings

Luke at Manning Stainton Moortown went above and beyond for us when we had an issue arise recently. He kept us updated without us having to chase, best property manager we have had!!

Thank you Alex for sorting out all the repairs work for me. You’re always so helpful.

This is my first time using estate agent to rent a house and all staff who attended to me were professional and knew what they were doing. I also acknowledge Mr Alex Richard (my house manager) for his fast and reliable service, also Ms Evie who signed me up from start to the end. Thank you

Great customer service from Alice. She was a huge help with renting my flat. She is a very friendly person with a very pleasant attitude. I highly recommend her.

My experience in dealing with Karl Tatler’s team in the Moreton, Wirral office is above and beyond positive. I can thoroughly recommend them and would have no hesitation in returning to them in future. Thank you Max, Natalie, Becky and Jenna.

When we first entered the offices of Karl Tatler in Moreton we were met with welcoming faces. Jenna was always helpful and efficient organising the viewings, a proactive listener whose competent negotiating brought about an acceptable offer. The staff's help and advice was first class, for which we are very grateful.

Dealt with Becky on my sale and could not recommend enough. Photos of property were fantastic and Becky was pro-active in arranging viewings. Offer received in short order and the whole process felt seamless and relatively easy for me as a customer. Could not recommend highly enough.

We recently purchased our new home through Karl Tatler, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Special thanks to everyone who kept us informed at each stage and helped ensure everything ran smoothly Specially Rebecca and Kerry thank you so much for your great service.Communication was clear and timely, and we always felt confident that we were in good hands. We’re very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Karl Tatler to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Thank you for helping us take this exciting next step! Disna & Supun

We found the team to be very effective and helpful and good at keeping us informed and communicating. We were shown a big portfolio of properties all in one condensed period which, for us who lived 1 hour away was perfect. We didn't actually buy with them but that's not due to their lack of effort, simply we found the right property with someone else. Many thanks for your time, effort and positive attitude.

Honestly, the service I received was hands down the best me and my family could have asked for. Every single member of the team were so friendly, accommodating and nothing was ever too much. A massive thank you to all of the team, but a special thanks to Natalie who guided and supported us through the whole process, keeping in touch at every opportunity and actually got to know us as a family - more than just an estate agent, somebody who genuinely cares and wants the best for her clients. Couldn’t recommend highly enough x
