I had an issue filling the conveyancing form for my purchase. On the Bot chat the out come was they would call me but I called them in the end. The service was brilliant once I got to talk to someone. Really good.

The app is very difficult for older people who don’t live on computers and even worse that you can’t use your big computer to do it. It took me three days and two loads of tears to get through it but once I spoke to Drew, it was easy as he guided me through it and may considerations of what didn’t matter and what did. Hopefully never again. !!

I'm sure this app is wonderful if you have smartphone and keep all the documentation you require on it. For older people there is no alternative to use your computer and a proper keyboard.

Got a bit tangled up with the process on the app so rang and spoke to Emmett who guided me through the process . Emmett was polite , friendly and helpful on the phone and texted me with offers of extra help via her personal/firms text/phone number
