Bailey and Bryant marketed our family home. They were very considerate of our Mum's feelings, who had lived there for 60 years, building many memories with us all. They recommended a sensible valuation with the caviat of accepting offers 'over' that value and they agreed a fair commission rate. Mark was very personable and took some beautiful photographs of the house. Tracey was also excellent at negotiating. The whole team kept us informed and updated as and when they were able. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend them.
