Poor app not user friendly; time consuming, full of errors and glitches, making what should be a straightforward process stressful and frustrating. All through the process the app malfunctioned on both my iphone and ipad. Thankfully the staff were apologetic and helpful as they had to reset/fix from their end multiple times so also making more work for them. The app needs further work and development to work as it should.
