I was completing my identity check on line and ran into some issues. I called Customer support and Beth answered the phone and can I say I'm so glad she did. Beth was patient, pleasant, clear and concise, efficient and effective. She didn't leave my side until all tasks were completed correctly. I can sincerely say, she is one of the best customer service operatives I have ever dealt with. Its a shame there arnt more like her. Thank u Beth
