We have just sold a freehold of a property in London and are very pleased with the service we received. All communications with our solicitors before and after the auction were very timely. Network Auctions also served the Section 5 Notices on the leaseholders and planned the auction date after the expiry of the notices. From start to finish, there were no suprises or delays in the process, so I can highly recommend them to sell your property or freehold.
