I cannot recommend Michael Rhodes highly enough, they have been exceptional throughout the sales process. Their excellent knowledge of the property market and personal friendly service is first class. Like many others I found myself having to sell my mothers home to fund care home fees. For this reason and because of the circumstances I needed to sell quickly but get as much money as possible to secure her ongoing care. The bungalow had been the family home for nearly 60 years and where I grew up, so it was very emotional, added to this I no longer lived in the area which made it even more challenging. Barry was my Sales Manager and has been outstanding from the start. His initial viewing and advice of what to do with the property and pricing was spot on. It was a sound liveable property and I was unsure if I should put in a new bathroom kitchen etc. Barry's advice was let the new buyers update it if they wished. I could do it up a bit, but it may not appeal. How right he was, the property sold quickly. Barry kept me informed of progress and provided amazing support and answered my questions and queries with ease. When Barry went on holiday Andrew took it over and knew all about the progress. In fact whenever I called or popped in Maisie, Andrew, Brett and William were all so helpful. They also recommended a house clearance team who again were sensitive to the situation and a superb gardener and handyman who took the garden to task when it suddenly got out of control and I couldn't keep up with the weeds anymore. I cannot thank the team at Michael Rhodes enough and most especially Barry who was amazing and made a very emotional situation more bearable and for that I will be eternally grateful. I wish you all at Michael Rhodes continued success, your professional knowledge and expertise combined with friendly personal service is outstanding and much appreciated.
