Lisa, Bethany, Tia, Nicole and (more recently) Donna have always been polite and pleasant in their work, in my experience. they work hard to provide an efficient service. Bethany, for example, has been very quick in conveying a recent landlord's certificate to me, and Donna has similarly been quick to convey an inspection report. Lisa and Nicole have done well to navigate a particularly difficult situation last year, whilst Tia has been prompt in finding replacement tenants as required.
