We have used Ryder and Dutton in the past and will definitely use them again moving forward. We have had no issues and cannot fault the service we received from them. Lisa from the Middleton office has been particularly helpful. We had a sale fall through a few weeks before we were due to complete and within 24 hours, Lisa was able to arrange a new viewing and had a new (and higher!) offer for us before the end of the day A lot of people advise ryder & dutton have above average fees, however I can very much say from experience you get what you're paying for and Lisa was always quick to respond via email or call whenever we needed her, we were never left waiting and t Lisa would frequently ask us and the other vendors where the sale was up to so everyone remained equally informed. Had to sell my parent's house following their deaths. Very upsetting and emotional time but was helped massively by Claudette and her team. They were always on hand to help with queries and kept me informed of status and updates. Claudette always rang back promptly if I needed to speak to her.
